Speaking At Aware Mental Health Conference

I recently spoke at a conference for the charity Aware. It was very interesting to meet all the people involved behind the scenes and to hear lots of stories from other speakers on stage. I spoke briefly on mental health, lock down, my surfing and a few other topics.
